This was a great experience and I was very blessed to have this temporary opportunity. My goal and job description were to pull, package, and label orders of medical supplies in a fast and orderly manner. The hardest part of this job was picking up the slack of others, to get things done on time. I enjoyed working with all staff members and the dependability that co-workers would place on me. I appreciated the challenge and the opportunity.
All of the workers they hired were highly energetic. The typical workday was at least 8 hours & they gave the workers good compensation for the time they spent at work. The task that they had us working through (manual labor) was a lot of energy spent after 8 hours of a working shift.
Reliable source of income and employment when needed; opportunities, helpful and resourceful employees. The only thing is that there is no medical insurance or benefits, etc.
Professional and friendly. Work was consistent and pay was fair. Supervisor showed respect and appreciation for staffing and the work completed. Rules and policies were enforced and respected.
